Capture at the machine
If a number is typed in afterwards, it is an opinion. We read the control, the sensor and the operator terminal, at the moment it happens.

State, cycles, orders, reasons and notes sit on the same clock. Every question about a shift is a question about that timeline.

A plant needs a handful of figures everyone trusts, not a dashboard of everything. We spend the first week of every rollout agreeing them.
